Frank E. Ebeling, 87, passed away September 19, 2017, surrounded by loved ones. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Penwell-Gabel from 10:00-11:00am. Graveside services will immediately follow at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

Frank was born in Washington County, Kansas, on May 1, 1930. After graduating from Hanover High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1948. In 1951, while serving at Hickman Air Force Base in Hawaii, he met Dorothy (Joan) Costa and married her on April 2, 1952. Together they raised six children in Olathe, Kansas.

Frank was preceded in death by wife, Joan and son, Bob. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and four grandchildren. He is survived by his children: Bill (Julie) Ebeling, Patty (Mike) Vaughn, Don (Linda) Ebeling, Michelle (Mark) Allen, Tim (Tricia) Ebeling, brother Keith Ebeling, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
