William Joseph "Joe" Harlow, 70, of Olathe, passed away on April 12, 2020 in Gardner, KS surrounded by his kids and family.
He was born on November 24, 1949 to John and Dorothy (Bird) Harlow in Council Bluffs, IA.
Joe was employed in grocery retail for many years, and was most recently employed with Hy-Vee and Price Chopper. He loved working in the bakery and meat departments and putting smiles on customers faces with friendly greetings.
He was a member of Faith Journey Nazarene and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren. He loved to restore antiques and furniture and would spend hours on hours at the local auctions and garage sales finding pieces that no one saw value in and adding his beautiful personality to each one of them.
Joe is survived by his loving children Brett and Annabelle Harlow of Huntsville, AL, Brianne Graves of Gardner, KS, and Brian and Ashely Harlow of Parsons, KS. His brothers; Larry Harlow, John "Bud" Harlow, and Doug Harlow, his sister's; Kay Miller, Barb Brown, Margaret Ackelson, and Becky Sealock. His beloved grandchildren Alexis, Bryce, Ian, Brody, Talynn, Noelle, Corinne, Makayla, Pierson, and Adriee as well as his great grandchild Rhett.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services will be held.
Burial will be in Olathe Memorial Cemetery.
