Willard McCulloch Morris, 92, was born to eternal life on Sunday, February 17, 2008, at Aberdeen Village.
He was born March 25, 1915, at Wheeling, West Virginia, the son of the Rev. Roy Phillip and Mary Etta (Shorts) Morris. He graduated from Sterling College and later attended Pittsburgh-Xenia Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pa., following which he pastored United Presbyterian Churches in Garnett, Kansas, Lenox, Iowa, West Allis, Wis., and in Monmouth and Aurora, Ill.
He was married for 62 years to Lois (Gordon) Morris. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include: a son, Gordon and wife Carol; a daughter-in-law, Mary (Malcolm); two brothers, Norman Reed, and Ralph Gordon and wife Dorothy (Schechter) Morris; a sister-in-law, Marjorie (Kenneth) Morris; four grandchildren, Timothy, Heidi, Tanya (Terhune), and Joshua; and four great-grandchildren, Andrew, Aaron, and Caleb Morris, and Riley Terhune; plus numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: a son, Malcolm Eugene, two brothers, Donald Roy and wife Elizabeth (Jamison) Morris, Kenneth Pressley Morris, and a sister-in-law, Jean (Reed) Morris.
