W. "Cleve" Jorg, of Overland Park, KS, peacefully left this world from the comfort of her home on the morning of April 21, 2008. Cleve was born to Robert B. and Dolly Burke Cleveland in Concordia Kansas on March 8, 1928. She completed nurses training from St. Luke's Hospital in 1951 and later obtained advanced training as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. She remained in the Kansas City area, working at St. Mary's Hospital and the Shawnee Mission Medical Center until her retirement.
Cleve married Walter Jorg on September 27, 1979 and they greatly enjoyed many years of traveling together. Cleve and Walter moved to the Oregon coast in 1983, then returned to Overland Park in 1990. Throughout her life, Cleve enjoyed reading books, solving crossword puzzles and gathering with good friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister, Louise Dejmal. Survivors include her brother, Kenneth Cleveland and wife Alice, of Kimberling City, Missouri; nieces Nancy Dejmal and Susan (Dejmal) Byorth, husband Patrick, and grand-nephews Teagan and Conor, all of Bozeman, Montana.
