Willa Jeanne Brink

Willa Jeanne Brink, devoted wife, mother and friend, passed away May 21, 2016, at her home in Olathe, Kansas. She was born May 6, 1918, in Harvey, North Dakota. After graduating from Iowa State University in 1940, she went on to pursue a post graduate degree in cytology and enjoyed a career spanning many years with several pathology laboratories in the Kansas City area.

Willie was preceded in death by her husband Harold R. (Bud) Brink, and is survived by daughters Barbara Levescy (Mike) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Betty Niemeyer (Mike) of Olathe, Kansas; grandchildren Kelley Fox, Gerson Stearns, Jennifer Spilker and Andrew Niemeyer; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A private memorial service will be held Friday, May 27, 2016.
