WALTER E. FRIZZELL
Age 85, passed away November 17, 2005 in Olathe, Kansas. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Newton Union Cemetery, Newton, Iowa. The family suggests remembrances to the Kellogg Historical Society, the Kellogg Methodist Church, or to the charity of your choice.
Walter was born February 19, 1920 in Jasper County, Iowa to Walter and Lila Frizzell. He graduated from Hawkeye Technical School in 1968, and also served our country in the United States Navy as an aircraft specialist from 1941 to 1945. Walter retired from John Deere Product Engineering Center in Waterloo, IA after 36 years of service. Walter obtained his pilot's license, and enjoyed flying homebuilt aircraft.
Surviving family include his sister Ruth Frizzell of Cambria, CA, his nieces Sandra (Robert) Hughes of Hollister, MO, Ruthi (Warren) Jafvert of Tuscon, AZ, Charlene (John) Pickles of Rockport, TX, his nephews Floyd (Vivian) Jeffreys of Bethany, LA, and Russell (Patrica) Jeffreys of Olathe, KS.
