Viengkham "Michael" Sysengrat, resident of Olathe, KS passed away Monday morning, the 21st of October, 2013 at the age of 70.
Mr. Sysengrat was born on August 5, 1943 in Kenthao Sayaboury Provice, Laos. He served in the Lao military during the Vietnam War and devoted his life to his wife and three children. Viengkham later migrated his family to the United States in 1980 where they resided in Port Arthur, TX for over 18 years. In 1998, Viengkham moved to Olathe, KS where he worked and retired from Wall Ties and Forms in Shawnee, KS as a welder. He died a naturalized citizen of the U.S.
Viengkham Sysengrat is survived by his wife Khampane, his son Sam, his daughters Nanci, Annie, and many loving grandchildren.
