Tyler Aaron Rhodes, beloved son, brother, cousin, uncle and friend of many passed from this life on December 31, 2023 at the age of 31 at KU Medical Center. Tyler is survived by his parents Ronald Rhodes and Kimberly Johannes as well as his stepmother Danielle Rhodes and his stepfather Jason Johannes. His Grandparents Cheryl and David Becker, Larry and Marny Mayhew, Sandy and Larry Rhodes, Becky and Bob Johannes, Great Grandfather Gene Holcomb and Great Grandmother JoAnn Becker. Tyler had many brothers and siters that he is survived by: Sister Mason Johannes, Brother Reilly Johannes, Sister Megan Blankenship, Sister Taylor Rhodes and Brother Cole Rhodes as well as his girlfriend Ashley Thompson and her son Caleb. He was preceded in death by his Great Grandmothers Carole Holcomb and Merva Stuart, Great Grandfathers Lyle Stuart and Bob Becker.
Tyler worked as a Welder and was such a free spirit, he could fix or make anything you ask him to do. Tyler was fun loving and never met anyone that was a stranger. Tyler loved the ocean, he was a certified diver and dove in many oceans around the world. Tyler had a passion for golf, bowling, football and about any sport he played. Tyler enjoyed motorcycles, dirt bikes and anything he could drive fast.
Tyler's Funeral Services will be at the grave site In the Eudora Cemetery at 2229 N 1420 RD, Eudora KS on Sunday January 28, 2024 at 10:30 am. Celebration of Life will be immediately following from noon to 3pm at Park Lanes Family Fun Center 7701 Renner in Shawnee Kansas. All that knew Tyler or the family is welcome.
