Theresa Useldinger

Theresa M. Useldinger, 83, of Olathe, KS passed away peacefully Friday May 6, 2011 at home. The Rosary will be said at 5:30 Tuesday evening at the funeral home. The family suggests contributions to the Church.

Theresa was born April 2, 1928 in Effingham, KS to John and Minnie Banks. She graduated from Atchinson County Community High School in 1946. She moved to Kansas City after high school and met her husband Ed and they were wed May 16, 1950. They made their home in Kansas City, KS and were longtime members of Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. They moved to Olathe in 1998, joining Prince of Peace Catholic Church where they are active in the Friends of St. Anthony Senior Group. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her beloved 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, and son Fr. Karl Useldinger.
She is survived by her husband Ed Useldinger of the home, daughter Linda Eatinger (Dale), son Gary Useldinger (Cate Korte), son Jim Useldinger (Sina), and daughter Lori Ashford (Ron dec.). Grandchildren; Katie, Jared, Ryan, Megan, Clint, Cara, Cailin, and Cole. And one brother Bernard Banks.
