Theresa Eleanor (Spartichino) Farr, 82, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on June 16th, 2024, peacefully at home with her family by her side.

Theresa was born on Dec 19, 1941, to Rocco and Masie Spartichino in Cambridge, MA. She had three siblings: Johnny, Freddy, and Mary. Theresa worked at Hyperion, where she met her husband, Daryl Farr. They were married on Dec 16, 1967, at Saint Peter Parish in Cambridge, MA, and moved to Nashua, NH. in June 1967 to start their family. In 1999, the family relocated to Kansas. Theresa was thrilled that her children lived minutes away, allowing her to babysit and enjoy her grandchildren.

Theresa was predeceased by her father, Rocky; her mother, Masie; her brother, Freddy; and her sister, Mary. She is survived by her three sons and their wives Tim and Jodi, Aaron and Stacy, and Jason and Ann; her grandchildren: Jordyn, Seth, Bailey, Nicole, Maxwell, Claire, Henry, and Grace; her brother, John Spartichino and family, Terry and Scott; her sister Mary’s family, Tom Albertelli and sons Tom, Rocco and Philip and her beloved niece Sheila Albertelli.

A visitation will be held at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home on July 7, 2024, from 2-3 pm with a memorial service starting at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City to honor Theresa’s love of animals.
