Teneesha M. Hupp, 24, of Olathe, Ks passed away holding her mother's hand Sun. Aug 16 at Olathe Medical Center.
Teneesha was born May 28, 1996 in Kansas City, Ks. she graduated from Lakemary School, Paola, Ks. Where she followed a traditional school day calendar and benefited from services & supports that were designed to meet her individualized educational needs.
Teneesha was raised in a modest home as a Jehovah's Witness. She had a bubbly personality, and loved to sing, dance, and play hide & seek. When she was comfortable with a person, she would cover half of her face with one hand and put out the other hand for either their keys or their cellphone. She loved getting her hair braided by her favorite stylist and her favorite foods were pizza, Chinese, Pancakes and cookies! She also gladly volunteered in the bible ministry with her mom. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and step-grandfather Vernon & Joyce Hughes of Kansas City, Mo. Her maternal step-grandmother Oletha Thompson of Oklahoma, Her paternal grandmother Mary Rentie and paternal grandfather Floyd Walker Jr. Both of KCK and her paternal step-grandfather Leroy Phillips of KCK
She is survived by her Mom and Dad Harold and Teska Sullivan of Olathe, KS. Her Father Cecil L Walker, Parkville, Mo. Her Brothers Harold (Korynn) Sullivan III, KCK and Cecil L Walker Jr. Parkville, Mo. Her sisters Shakilah Hupp, Olathe, KS and Tyana Sullivan, KCK, Grandparents, David Thompson, Bartlesville,OK, Virginia Phillips, KCK and Harold Sullivan Sr, KCK, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, whom she loved and adored.
