Steve Wayne Jones, 64, of Edgerton, passed away on February 9, 2019 at Olathe Hospice House.
He was born on December 1, 1954 to Jesse and Mary (Eckert) Jones in Kansas City, KS.
Steve worked many jobs including owning/operating Jones Construction and Seal Your Drive Driveways and Parking Lots.
He enjoyed working, drinking coffee with his buddies and spending time with his grandson.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Pamela, his daughter Jessica Jones, his son Jesse Jones, his daughter in law Nikki Jones and his grandson Brantley Jones. He is also survived by his brothers Dennis and David Jones and his sister Linda Pippin.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Mary Jones, brothers Bill and Jerry Jones, sisters Dixie Banning, Shirley Sutton, Marilyn Green, and Helen Kennedy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16th, 2019, 2:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Olathe, Kansas.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019, 3:00 pm Penwell-Gabel Olathe Chapel.
Celebration of Life to follow the funeral at Edgerton Community Hall at 404 E Nelson St, Edgerton, KS.
