Shirley Ann (Moss) Biggerstaff, 93, of Olathe KS, passed away on May 1st, 2022. Shirley was born in Boone Iowa on December 1st, 1928, to Charles and Ruth (Ehlers) Moss. She married Willis Biggerstaff in 1945 before he enlisted in the US Army during WWII and were married for 65 years prior to Willie's death in 2011. Shirley and Willie moved to Olathe KS in 1953. Shirley was a devoted member of the First Christian Church and enjoyed quilting with her friends. Shirley and Willie were avid auction attendees, even working at Gold River Auction in Olathe for many years, collecting glassware with her passion for Candlewick. Shirley retired from the Kansas School for the Deaf after 35 years and took pride in her service to the deaf community.
Shirley had 3 children, Linda (Larry d.2019) Evans, Bill Biggerstaff d.2012 and Scott Biggerstaff (Kathy). Nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
