Sharron Gayle Shaw, 73, of Shawnee, passed away Saturday afternoon, Nov. 5, 2016. Born June 19, 1943 in Brownfield, TX, Sharron married Jim Shaw on Jan. 8, 1963. She graduated from West Texas State University in 1965 with a Bachelor's degree in Education.
Sharron was an English school teacher (Kindergarten - College) and was passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Platte City, MO.
Sharron is survived by her husband, Jim; son Neal Shaw; grandson Justin Shaw; brothers Terry Pennington & Allan Baggett.
