Sharon Lee (Miller) Ruppelius
Born to Alice and Glenn Miller June 28, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri. Sharon grew up at Sunflower Village & Olathe, Kansas and was an Olathe High School Graduate in 1960.
Sharon married Deen Ruppelius, June 12, 1960, they resided in Olathe, KS until Deen's retirement from General Motors in 1992 when they moved to their lake home in Wagoner, Oklahoma. During their retirement years they traveled, enjoyed fishing, spending time with their grandkids and spending their winters in Florida.
Sharon was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. They had three daughters
Cheryl McEver of Olathe, Kansas, Karen Brazelton of Bonita Springs, Florida and Christine Hicks of Topeka, Kansas, eight grandchildren and one great granchild.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years and her brother, Richard Miller of Olathe, KS.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her behalf to: Abdallah Shrine 5300 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park, Kansas 66202 or Spring Hill Masonic Lodge #56 403 W. S. Street P.O. Box 117 Spring Hill, Kansas 66083-0117 She passed away on March 21st at the Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama from complications of cancer.
