August 10, 1952 — June 17, 2019

Scott D. Richart, 66, of Olathe, KS, passed away on June 17, 2019.

A member of the Civil War Roundtable of Kansas City and a patron of civil war sites, he had a passion for U.S. history. An avid reader, he meticulously documented over 500 completed books of all types in a log kept since 1980.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Richart.

His family and friends will miss him dearly.
