Scott R. Perry, 48, of Gardner, KS, passed away August 27, 2017 at his home.
He was born February 12, 1969 to Steven and Karen Perry in Olathe, KS.
Scott worked as a Fraud Manager for Sprint for over 20 years. On September 16, 1989, he married Carol Phlieger.
Scott enjoyed his family, friends, softball, Disney and life.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, his daughters Ashleigh and Hannah, his parents Steve and Karen Perry and brother, Curtis Perry.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Milton and Cleda Ernst, Bob Perry and Bill and Alyce Cavanaugh.
