SANDRA ISABELLE FIATARUOLO
Sandy Fiataruolo, passed away April 10, 2012, after a short battle with cancer. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home located at 14275 Blackbob Rd., Olathe, KS. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, April 14 at the Church of the Ascension located at 9510 W. 127th St., Overland Park, KS. A reception will be held immediately following the services in Hangar 3 at KCAC at the Johnson County Executive Airport located at 15325 S. Pflumm, Olathe, KS.
Sandy is survived by her children; Kathy Fiataruolo Rainero, and Angelo V. Fiataruolo and his wife Erin, and grandchildren Anthony, Maria, Giuliana, Angelo, and Alessandra. Also surviving are two sisters, Laura and Roberta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Anne Lopez, and her brothers Anthony and James Lopez.
She was employed with AMC Theatres as a tax accountant for the past five years.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Kansas City Hospice House. Checks can be sent to 12000 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64145, or donations can be submitted via their website at www.kansascityhospice.org
