Sande Sue Mcclurg

Sande Sue McClurg, 66, of Leavenworth Kansas, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021. She was born on September 23, 1954 in Topeka, Kansas to Donald and Juanita (Pollard) Jackson.
Sande and her family moved around and landed in Kansas City, MO she graduated from Southwest High school. In her youth she worked for the local A & P grocery alongside her family. She worked as a childbirth educator, and Nursing coordinator for most of her adult life. She was active in the Girl Scouts of America, Bible study, and other volunteering events.
Sande is survived by her two daughters, Staci and Mike Krieger of Kansas City, Sara and Brent Fletcher of Olathe; grandchildren Brady, Ayden and Walker.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Kenton McClurg, her parents Don and Juanita Jackson, her sister Judy Harl, and many wonderful Aunts and Uncles.
The family will receive guests for a visitation from 9:00-10:00am on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Penwell Gabel's Olathe Chapel, with the memorial service following at 10:00am.
