Ruby Sadek

Ruby Inez Sadek, 75, of Round Lake Beach, IL, died August 17, 2005 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Olathe, KS. The family suggest contributions to Gideons International or St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Inez was born in Harrison County, Biloxi, MS, on August 15, 1930. She was a long time resident of Round Lake Beach, IL. Her husband Adolph Sadek preceded her in death in 1998. Inez lived with her sister, Norma K. Bell, in Olathe, KS, for the past seven years. Inez was a born again Christian and leaves many friends and relatives. Inez never met a stranger, and had a kind and loving nature. She will remain forever in the hearts and minds of those she left behind. Inez was also preceded in death by her parents, Lorie D. and Grace Gollotte; three brothers, Lorie D. Gollotte, Jr., Howard Gollotte and Dennis Gollotte; and one sister, Maedell Katan, all from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Inez is survived by two sisters, Norma Bell of Olathe, KS, and Jean LaCruze of Reno, NV, along with many nieces and nephews.
