Ronald A. Ohrt

Ronald Arthur Ohrt, 74, of Olathe, passed away on June 8, 2022 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.
He was born on November 29, 1947 to Harold and Marjorie (Bridge) Ohrt at Vinton, IA.
Ronald enjoyed a career in Sales, and worked for Nestle and various other candy and food companies, eventually establishing his own business and retiring in December 2012.
On August 16, 1985, he married Julia Ann Meyer, and they made their home in Shawnee and eventually Olathe.
He treasured the time he spent with his grandkids. He also enjoyed boating at Melvern Lake and Lake of the Ozarks and camping in his many different RV's. When he wasn't able to do that he liked to watch westerns on TV.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Julia, his children Brian Ohrt (Ashley) and Brad Davisson (Christie), grandchildren Calvin Ohrt, Noelle Ohrt, and Ella Davisson, and brother Scott Lockwood (Cathy).
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-parents.
