RONALD KEITH BOGART, 41, of Olathe, KS, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012. A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 6:30 pm at Westside Church of the Nazarene, 1700 W. Santa Fe Street, Olathe, KS where the family will greet friends following the service. Viewing available for friends from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 25 at 10:00am at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Stanley, KS. Ron was born in Kansas City, MO on Janaury 22, 1971 to Charles and Elaine Bogart. As a fun-loving son, genuine and loving husband, good-humored and caring father, and loyal friend, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and loved life to the fullest. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, and member of Great Plains Victory Riders. Ron loved spending time outdoors while camping with his wife, JoDene, daughter, Sabrina, and son, Hunter. Ron was a skilled carpenter, excellent vocalist, outdoorsman, as well as a faithful member of Westside Church of the Nazarene.
Ron is survived by his wife, JoDene (Hinshaw) Bogart, daughter Sabrina Bogart, son Hunter Bogart, parents Charles and Elaine Bogart of Pleasant Hill, MO, brothers Stephen Bogart and family of Overland Park, KS, Bob Bogart and family of Leavenworth, KS, and sister, Linda Pryor and family of Toronto, Canada. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
