Robert Edward Taylor

Robert ("Bob") Edward Taylor was born in Cleveland Ohio November 25, 1940 the third son of Rev. Franklin S. and Elizabeth (Kish) Taylor. He earned his A.A. from Manatee Junior College and the University of Florida and his B.S.E.E. from the University of South Florida. He leaves behind his wife of 60 years Marilyn (Levere) Taylor, two children and their spouses --- Daughter Theresa Taylor and Marvin Royal and son Chris R. Taylor and Donyelle (Stewart), eight grandchildren, niece and nephews, his elder brother (Rev.) Donald Taylor and Janice, his sister-in-law Evelyn Taylor plus numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his middle brother Ralph Taylor. The Victory Celebration for Bob will be held at Faith Chapel Assembly of God-OP, 15000 Newton, Overland Park, KS 66223 on Saturday, February 18: Visitation 10:00 to 11:30. Celebration service 11:30 to 12:30. Lunch follows (reservations please to 913-897-2490). Bob was a constantly loving husband, #1 Dad, great jokester, and quiet dedicated servant of the Lord into whose Hands he passed early morning Friday, Feb. 10, 2023.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Faith Chapel-OP for youth program scholarships honoring Bob Taylor.
