Robert William King, 80, of Lenexa, passed away on October 14, 2024 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.
He was born on April 29, 1944 to William and Ruby (Johnson) King at Columbia, MO.
Robert worked as a fleet manager for United Parcel Service.
On February 13, 1965, he married Cheryl King (Bowen). Robert and Cheryl lived in Lenexa, Kansas.
He was a member of Olathe View Baptist Church.
Robert is survived by his loving Wife, Cheryl, brother, David (Liz) King, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2024, 1:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Olathe, Kansas. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, 2:00 pm at the Penwell-Gabel - Olathe Chapel, Olathe, Kansas, with Pastor Bob Graham officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Olathe View Baptist Church, 330 N. Olathe View Rd., Olathe, KS. 66061
