Bob was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Charles Rolle and Mary Ryan Rolle and grew up in South Omaha. In 1954 he enlisted in the US Marine Corps and proudly served until 1956.
On November 8, 1958 he married Jacqueline Mae Hartline and they were married for 52 years until her passing in November 2010.
Bob was employed as a Project Manager for the City of Omaha until his retirement in 1993. Upon retirement Bob and Jackie retired to Bella Vista, Arkansas where he enjoyed woodworking, golf, and riding on their pontoon boat.
Bob was an active member of the Tangier Shrine in Omaha, NE as well as the Nomad Shrine Club in Arkansas.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Bob Rolle (Connie) of Olathe, Kansas; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda Hildebrand (Doug) of Elkhorn, Nebraska. He was also a proud grandparent of four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by wife, Jacqueline Rolle. Survived by children, Robert Rolle of Olathe, Kansas and Rhonda Hildebrand, Elkhorn, Nebraska; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
VISITATION observing CDC guidelines: Sunday, May 16th from 3pm to 5pm at the West Center Chapel. GRAVESIDE SERVICE with Military Honors: Monday, May 17th at Graceland Park at 11am. Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
