Robert Beasley

ROBERT L. BEASLEY, age 84, passed away February 6, 2008 at his home in Olathe, KS. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd., Olathe, KS, followed by funeral services at 3:30p.m. on Saturday, February 9, also in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment, McKinney, Texas.

Bob was born September 7, 1923 in Pittsburg, IL, and went on to graduate from Pittsburg High School. He was employed with Caterpillar Tractor Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1985. In 2000, he relocated to the Olathe area to be near his family.

He is survived by his daughters; Sherry (Galen) Hostutler, and Sandi Reed, his grandchildren; Travis (Kristen) Hostutler, and Jennifer Hostutler, and Melinda Peterson, great-grandson, Trey Hostutler, and his sister, Juanita Richey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Irene Beasley, and one grandson, Robert Reed.
