Dick was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be remembered for his love of family, friends, golf, cars, shooting, photography and preparing the Thanksgiving turkey for the family every year.

Dick was born on December 26th, 1943 in Minneapolis, MN to Joseph and Clara McGinty. He was later adopted in 1953 by Kenneth and Miriam Pollock along with his brother Tom and sisters Susan and Sally after the death of their parents in 1951. He was raised in Fort Scott, KS.
