RHODA SULLIVAN YOCUM
Age 97, beloved mother, grandmother and aunt, went home to be with her Lord on January 17, 2012. She lived 93 of her 97 years in Kentucky, and spent the last four years of her full life with her family in Olathe, Kansas. Mrs. Yocum was preceded in death by her husband, Weston Roger Yocum, and she is survived by her daughter, Patricia Moore; son-in-law, Perry Moore; grandsons Weston Moore and Matthew Moore; 11 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Yocum is greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S Blackbob, Olathe, KS from 6:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 2:00pm in Danville, KY at Stith Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends at 1:00pm. Burial will immediately follow services at Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
