Rebecca Marie Todd, 66, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on Friday, May 8th, 2015.
Rebecca was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 20th, 1948 to the late Joseph and Loretta Knudson, where she graduated from Montour High School in 1967. She worked as an assistant librarian at Carnegie from 1967 to 1975.
She moved to Las Vegas in 1975 where she held a career with the local phone company, CenturyLink, for 39 years. Her family began in Las Vegas and then she transferred with CenturyLink to Olathe, Kansas in 1997.
She loved working in her flower beds, watching the birds and enjoying the trees when they bloomed. She enjoyed her job and took great pride in her grandchildren.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her brother, Albin "Binnie" Knudson and sister, Loretta Knudson.
She is survived by the love of her life, Dave Moore, 1 daughter, Erica (Aaron) Rollins, 1 son, Brian (Jessica) Todd; brother Joseph (Carol) Knudson, sister Elissa (Dennis) Uram; grandchildren, Lillian & Phoenix Rollins, and heart adopted Amber Gil; her 1 step-son Michael (Brie) Moore, 3 step-daughters, Pamela (Shane) Spillet, Melissa (Allen) Patrick, Michelle (Nathan) Bickel; many loving aunts, nieces, nephews, 13 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to either the Overland Park Arboretum or Powell Gardens.
