Raymond Leon Seger, 79, of Olathe, passed away on December 27, 2023 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born on August 25, 1944 to Raymond Lewis and Genevieve Magdalene Seger at Uvalde, TX.
Raymond worked as a Computer Analyst for Sprint, retiring in 2004.
On December 9th 1967 , he married Janet Richardson, and they made their home in Olathe Kansas.
He was a member of Knights of Columbus, and he enjoyed motorcycle riding, ushering at church, eucharistic ministry, baking cookies, yard work, the gun range and traveling with Jan and family and grandchildren.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Janet, children Raymond Todd Seger and Tara Michelle Sheafer-Seger married to Andrew Casey Sheafer, grandchildren Sierrah Arielle Sheafer, Logan Michael Sheafer, Alek Joshua Sheafer, Alexander Caleb Sheafer married to Astrid Gonzalez, Caitlin Rose Evans married to Prescott Evans and his sister Donna Marie Sumption.
He was preceded in death by his parents and Raymond Lewis Seger and Geneveive Magdalene Seger.
