Raymond W. Burnett, 83, of Olathe, KS passes away Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Raymond was born August 11, 1934 in Olathe, KS to Vina Burnett. He attended school in Olathe prior to joining the Air Force.
Upon returning to Olathe, Raymond was joined in marriage to Venita Crain. They were blessed with 6 children.
Raymond worked as a custodian for the school district and later in life as a bus driver.
Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending auctions and spoiling all children.
He was proceeded in death my his mother and Faymus McGaugh, Jr. Those left to mourn his passing include his children, Gail Burnett, Ramona Lewis, Steve Burnett, Kenny Burnett, Carol (Larry) Moore, David (Diane) Burnett, 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Larry McGaugh (Willie), Ernestine Jackson, Glenna Barnes (J.K.), Alice Destin (Joe), and Lester McGaugh (Donna).
