Ralph L Alexander
Ralph was born July 30, 1932 in St. Louis Missouri.
He was very close to his brother Robert Alexander who passed away a few years ago.
When he became of age he started working as young man - until war broke out In Korea. He joined the army in the early 50s - just before he join the army - Ralph married Jo Nell Duncan Alexander.
When he returned to the states he was honorably discharged from the army.
Ralph started working for Bethlehem Steel Company and then in the late 1980s for a bank's federal reserve courier.
Ralph and Jo Nell Duncan Alexander had their only child Barbara Jo Alexander who was born June 13, 1957. Ralph and Jo Nell were very proud of Barbara and they gave a lot that they didn't have when they grew up. Around five year after Barbara was born she was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes type one. Ralph and Jo Nell worked hard to take care of her with the assistance of grandma Martha Duncan who came to live with them.
In 1974 Barbara and Mike met and fell Instantly in love. August 16, 1975 Ralph and Jo Nell gave away their only daughter to Michael Keller
Todd was born in April 21, 1982 and was an instant hit with both sets of grandparents. When we moved to the west coast Todd would spend his Summer-time back in Ballwin Missouri. Todd was very close to both Grandparents. As life goes Grandma Jo (Jo Nell) pass away in 2001, Grandpa Bob in 2005 and Grandma Bob (my mom)2017.
Todd stayed very close to Ralphester (Ralph) - they went on trips to Las Vegas and other destinations.
Ralphester's great granddaughter Aleena also was an instant hit with Raphester. They all are very blessed to have this time together.
At an earlier time Ralph met a wonderful friend Dixie Mason and for many many years they did things together and enjoyed their companionship all the way to his passing. We were very happy he had this companionship with Dixie.
His suffering ended peacefully with the help of the hospice nurse and many other professionals.
