Rachel Leek

RACHEL CLAIRE LEEK
Age 20, passed away October 16, 2009 in Topeka, KS as a result of a hit-and-run accident in Lawrence, KS. The family suggests memorials to the Catholic Charities Food Pantry , 333 E Poplar Street, Olathe, Ks 66061.
Rachel was born May 30, 1989 in Olathe, KS to James and Sandra Leek. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2007, and went on to attend both Johnson County Community College, and the University of Kansas. Rachel was currently employed with Wheatfield's Bakery in Lawrence.
She is survived by her parents, James and Sandra Leek, five brothers; Ernest, Andrew, Thomas, Alex and Patrick, and five sisters; Esther Leek-Veitch, Anne Leek, Mary Leek-Stolz, Jane Leek and Angela Leek, aunts and uncle Carol and John Krieger, and Susan Sulkey, and one nephew, Clovis James Leek –Veitch.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hollis and Ernestine Leek, of Fort Scott, KS, and Joe and Josephine Sulkey, of St. Louis, MO.
