Ra Jean Hogbin, age 81, passed away February 28, 2012 in Olathe, KS. Services will be held on Friday, March 2 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Mt. Hope Cemetery, Topeka, KS, where the family will receive friends an hour prior to service time. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
Ra Jean was born January 10, 1931 in Sabetha, KS to Henry and Jospehine Imthurn. She was employed with the State of Kansas for over 40 years, retiring from the Offices of the Clerk of the Supreme Court. She enjoyed shopping, giving gifts, spending time with her family, and caring for her parents while she was still a young adult.
Surviving are her daughter, Debbie (Barry) Cowan, and her grandchildren, Amy, Brandon, Ian and Ali. She was preceded in death by her son, Craig, in 1966, and her sister Leona, in 1938.
