Of Stillwell, KS, passed away February 10, 2005 in Overland Park, KS. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 14, at 2:00p.m. in the chapel of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd., Olathe. The family will receive friends during visitation from 12:00-2:00p.m.. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Victory Baptist Church, 15075 W. 143rd, Olathe KS 66062.
Phyllis was born June 29, 1947 in Hutchinson, KS to Warren and Iola (Joy) Stevens. She is survived by her husband, Steve E. Davis, her child Karla (John) Hilliard of Independence, MO, her father Warren (Jean) Stevens of Glade, KS, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and five siblings. She was preceded in death by her grandmother and mother.
