Phylis Jean Millard was born on December 29, 1945 to parents, George and Ada Millard. Her siblings included older sister Marilyn, twin brother Phil and youngest sister Barbra. She attended Bethany Nazarene College and received her Master's Degree in Nursing from Wichita State University. She was married to Francis Lee Deisher on September 1, 1973. Phylis had three children and 8 grandchildren. She loved being a nurse whether it was in a clinical setting or in a classroom. Phylis was a member of College Church of the Nazarene for nearly 40 years. Phylis died on April 21, 2022. Phylis lived her whole life serving Jesus and is now celebrating in heaven.
