Paul Kendall

Paul Edwin Kendall of Olathe, KS passed away Saturday January 30, 2010 at the Kansas City Hospice House. A celebration service is planned for Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Indian Creek Community Church. The family welcomes friends to visit prior to the service at 4:00 -5:30 p.m.
Paul was born on Feb. 16, 1935 in Harrison, AR to Warren B. and Leota Kendall. He was married to Mary Ruth Collins in 1956.He graduated in 1959 with a BS in Ministry and later received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Gulf Coast Bible College. They pastored in McAllen, TX; Anchorage AL; Satanta KS; Modesto CA; Roseburg and Coos Bay OR.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gerald Kendall, and granddaughter Megan Kendall.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Ruth (Ruthie) Kendall of the home; brothers: Hershel (Karen) Kendall TX, Keith (Cindy) Kendall, sons: Gary (Belinda) Kendall of Olathe KS and Bradley Paul (Kristel) Kendall of Lee's Summit MO; grandchildren: Kristen (Josh) Levitt; Jeremy (Jesi) Kendall; Luke (Rachel) Kendall; Bradley Paul II(Hannah) Kendall, Daniel Bryan Kendall and Collin Andrew Kendall, and great grandson Landon Michael Kendall.
