Paul Eugene Allen, 78 of Lenexa, KS passed away Mon. July 6, 2020 at Olathe Hospice House.

He was born Dec. 5, 1941 in Wathena, KS to Rosa (Juhl) Allen and Francis Allen and married Judith Clark on October 8, 1961. He lived in Wathena until Paul and Judy and their family moved to St. Joseph, MO, and most recently the Johnson County, KS area since 1984.
Paul's career immediately after high school was in the building supply industry. The last 10 years of his career he serviced 13 mid-west states as district manager for Johns Manville, from which he retired.

He was blessed with two amazing sons Grant and Brett. Paul was a very active husband, father and grandfather. He was also a great grandfather to lots of fur babies!

A special thanks to: Dr. Robert Schuchart and Staff, Crossroads Hospice, Olathe Hospice House and special friends, Ruth Cowles and Rod Janzen. His passing came as a result of kidney failure in the last 4 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Charles Allen and his grandson Trevor James Allen.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Judy Allen of Lenexa, KS, sons Grant Allen (Shelley) Olathe, KS, Brett Allen (Shelly) of Fountain, CO and Yasser Nemeh (Hala),Kansas City, MO. Grandchildren; Jacob Allen (Olivia) of Orlando, FL, Brady Allen of Kansas City, MO, Brooke Allen of Olathe, KS, Kylie Allen of Colorado Springs, CO, Zaine Allen of Fountain, CO and Amber Terry Reavers (Jim), Charlotte, NC, and Omar and Ali Nemeh of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by his brother, Fred Allen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Crossroads Hospice or to the Olathe Hospice House.
