Paul Alexander Jackson born March 27, 2015 left us on April 9, 2015. Paul was born with Trisomy 18 and was with us a very short time. In that time he was loved and enjoyed by family and friends. Paul was a little fighter who surprised us all. His smile could light up the room and melt your heart.
Born at Shawnee Mission Medical Birthing Center in Shawnee, KS, Paul was able to come home to be with family on March 31, 2015 where he was held and loved every second.
Paul is survived by his loving parents Jared and Shawna Jackson and his loving big sister Charlie Jackson of Overland Park, KS, Grandparents Karen Jackson, Ed Hadley of Edgerton, KS, Gary and Tina Jackson of Phoenix, AZ, Sheila and Allen Salyer of Blue Springs, MO, and Bill Scrivner of Barnett, MO, Great-grandmothers Ruth Scrivner of Barnett, MO and Emogene Jackson of Trenton, MO, many Aunts and Uncles - Brittina and Craig Walion of Gardner, KS, Madison, Jessica, and Anna Salyer of Blue Springs, MO, Nathanial Tina Scrivner of Eldon, MO, and Chad Scrivner of Eldon, MO, Tony Hadley of Wellsville, KS, Jeramy and Kim Crump of Lawrence, KS, cousins Quenton, Parker, Olivia Walion, Lane Hadley, Owan Crump and Dakota and Shelby Scrivner.
Paul was preceded in death by his uncle, Paul Marquis Jackson and many other family members who greeted him at heaven's door.
A graveside service will be held on Monday April 20, 2015 at 1 pm at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Olathe, KS.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with expenses would be appreciated, and may be given to the family- please see information below.
