Patricia was born in Norfolk, Va. on December 7, 1948 the first child of John and Mary Hall. She went to college at Emporia State University to become a teacher of Spanish and French. During this time she got a backpack and an airplane ticket and flew to England by herself. She then backpacked through much of Europe walking and riding trains and staying at youth hostels. To work on her Masters degree in Spanish, Pat traveled to Mexico and down to Columbia where she lived in Cartagena for a few weeks. Pat married Ron in Wichita, Ks. on October 24, 1981. She spent her life happily doing what she loved. She loved being a wife raising her children and traveling with her family. Pat also enjoyed piddling in her gardens with her flowers and had a place in her heart for teaching middle school children, most recently at Indian Trail Middle School in Olathe, Ks. Pat loved everybody. She could talk to someone she had just met as though they were lifelong friends. Pat is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ron; children Virginia, Geoffrey and Victoria and four grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Kathleen of Wichita, Ks. and brother Arthur of Sheridan, Mt.
