Patricia Faltermeier

Patricia Vance Faltermeier, 54, of Olathe, KS went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at home surrounded by family. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Faltermeier family memorial fund c/o 1st National Bank of Olathe 15084 S. Blackbob Rd. Olathe, KS 66062.
Patti was born June 2, 1956 in Olathe, KS to Raymond and Mary Lou Vance. She graduated from Olathe High School in 1974 then went on to graduate from the University of Kansas in 1978. Her career as a teacher in the Olathe School District spanned from 1979-2010. She taught at Westview and Blackbob Elementary Schools where she touched the lives of many students. She was a loyal supporter of her beloved Jayhawks and enjoyed trips to the beach with her five daughters. Patti was a devoted mother, always putting her daughters first. Her most precious times were those spent as a family.
She is survived by her five daughters Molly and Jordan Stucky, and grandson Noah Stucky; Anna and Caleb Goellner; Sarah Faltermeier and fiancé Jarrett Sierks; Kayce Faltermeier; and Tessa Faltermeier. Parents Raymond and Mary Lou Vance. Two brothers, Steve and Doug Vance, along with their families.
