Norma Noah

October 13, 1940 — February 14, 2014

Norma Ann Noah, of Shawnee Mission, KS, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2014 at Kansas City Hospice House.


She was born on October 13, 1940 to Walter and Pearl Noah in Kansas City, KS, and was a graduate of Wyandotte High School.

Norma was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Shawnee, and enjoyed singing in the choir, and shared her gift of music through solos and group selections, and also served in other area of the church's ministry. She was a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce,the Wyandotte County Board of Realtors, Johnson County Board of Realtors, and the Women's Council Realtors.

At the beginning of her career, Norma was employed with McDaniel Title for over 20 years, then became the owner and operator of the Kansas Title Insurance Corporation located in Olathe, KS. She helped implement several programs over the years, including the American Land Title Association, and the Kansas Land Title Association.

In her leisure time, Norma enjoyed traveling with friends and family, especially taking road trips, cruises and skiing.

Norma's most important accomplishment, however, was accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and faithfully serving Him.


Norma is survived by her loving niece, Anita Roberson, and great nephews Christopher (Danielle) Roberson, and James (Michelle) Roberson, and great-great nieces and nephews Kelsey Nicole, Shelby Lee Ann, Amelia Jane, Samuel and Sylvia, and a host of friends and extended family.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Pearl Noah, her sister Nancy Alice Sartin, and her nephew Joseph R. Sartin, Jr.
