Nancy A. Esau, 73 of Overland Park, KS went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday February 19th, 2013 while surrounded by family.
Nancy was born August 16, 1939 in McPherson, KS to Frank and Rosalind Morris and grew up with two brothers Rex and Robert. After graduating from high school Nancy married the love of her life and spent the next 55 years as a wife, mother, friend, and homemaker. Nancy cherished time with friends and family especially around the holidays with Christmas being her favorite time of the year. Nancy treasured her time at home and was always searching for that perfect recipe to go with an old family favorite. Nancy was driven in life by her love for God and service through the church and devotion to her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 55 years Kenneth Esau, 3 daughters Linda Esau of Seattle, WA; Sharon (Chris) Gillespie of Derby, KS; Rae Ann (Jerry) Letourneau of Olathe, KS; 2 sons Steven Esau of Atlanta, GA; Mark (Nicky) Esau of Davenport, IA; 8 grandchildren and brother Rex (Shirley) Morris of McPherson, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dr. Robert Morris.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Countryside Baptist Church debt reduction fund and/or BSF (Bible Study Fellowship).
