OBITUARY:
Nadine R. Oatman, 82, Overland Park, Kansas, died, Friday,October 19, 2001 at the Olathe Medical Center. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October 22, 2001 at Memorial Chapel of Olathe (143rd & Blackbob). Burial in Floral Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be from 3-5 PM, Sunday at the funeral Home.
Nadine was born September 8, 1919, the daughter of John E. and Ada A. Reynolds of Westwood, KS. Nadine and her family have resided in Johnson County, Kansas for nine generations. She was a hospital administrator for University of Kansas Medical Center retiring in 1983 with 22 years of service. Nadine was very proud of her geneology research and her contributions to the Johnson County Historical Society.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas D. Oatman and his wife Laurie of Olathe, KS, Craig M. Oatman of Dallas, TX, a brother, Neil E. Reynolds and his wife Betty of Grandview, MO, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
