Nadine Creason

September 14, 1931 — July 11, 2017

Nadine Caffee Creason passed from this life into glory on July 11, 2017. In her passing, she was reunited with her husband "C.J." Jack Creason, her mother and father Edna J. and Willis L. Caffee, her brothers Victor and Donald Caffee and her dear sister Lois Radford. Nadine will be missed by her children, Mark D. Creason and her daughter Cimeyce (Kim) Creason Alley, her son in law Steven Alley, her grandaugher, Amy Janecek and her husband Jim Janecek and her two great grandsons, Tristan and Wesley. She will be missed by her sisters-in-laws, her nieces and newphews, and most of the people who have been fortunate to cross paths with Nadine.

Nadine has lived in the greater Kansas City area all of her life. She graduated from Wyandotte High School where she performed in the school musicals, plays and sang in the choirs. She had a beautiful soprano voice and performed with local orchestras and bands after graduating from high school and was a frequent soloist at First Christian Church in Kansas City, Kansas where her firm faith in the grace of God through Jesus, was first nurtured. She was a wonderful dancer and taught at Arthur Murray's Dance Studio where she met her future husband, Jack. She stayed home to raise her children and assist her husband in his business. Once her children were grown, she began working at Ranchview Floral where she made lifelong friendships.

Nadine loved the old MGM musicals, Janette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy, teddy bears, horse racing one armed bandits, and most of all, spending time with her family. Nadine was a strong and loyal woman, who could be counted on to be there for her family and friends in their time of need. We thank God for her presence in our lives. We appreciate all the support and kind words from those who have reached out to us during this time.

We will "Celebrate the Life" of Nadine on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at 3:00PM at Nall Avenue Baptist Church, 6701 Nall Avenue, Prairie Village, Kansas.
