Milton "Cass" Cassity, 83, of Olathe, passed away on April 26, 2014 at Kansas City Hospice House.
Mr. Cassity served as an Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. Air Force for over 22 years. He then continued his career as an Air Traffic Controller as a private contractor for several regional airports throughout the Midwest. He enjoyed a good game of golf, and his beloved Kentucky Wildcats basketball.
He is survived by his loving companion of 14 years, Catherine A Collier, and his children Kathy Schmidt, George Cassity, Bob Cassity and Don Cassity, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was loved dearly by his companion Catherine and his children, and will be remembered as a family man.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Cassity will be cremated and returned home to Kentucky, his final resting place.
