Michelle L. Phillips, 68, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Michelle was born August 4, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Barbara Racek.
Michelle is survived by her husband of 44 years Clyde W. Phillips; daughters Janelle Phillips and Jill Alexis Cook; grandson Jack H. Cook; sisters Barbara Racek and Elizabeth Van Sant; and brothers William Racek and Mark Racek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Friends of The Johnson County Library, Attn: Matt Delaney, 8279 Melrose Drive, Lenexa, KS 66214.
