Michael J. Dutton 63, of Olathe, KS passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015. He was born December 19, 1951 in Hutchinson, KS the son of James R. and Dorothy Dutton.
Mike was a dedicated litigation attorney at Wallace Saunders Austin Brown & Enochs for 32 years. His children and grandchildren were the joy of his life.
He was preceded in death by his father James R. Dutton.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Linda, his son, Dan Rolf (Tamra) of Lawrence, and his daughters, Amy Helm (Luke) and Carli Niebuhr (Scott) of Olathe and his eight grandchildren. His mother Dorothy Dutton and sister, Nancy Dutton of Arizona and his brother Ron (Dawn) of Overland Park also survive him.
A visitation will begin at 9AM Tues. Nov. 10th at Church of the Resurrection West, 24000 W. Valley Pkwy Olathe, KS 66061 where a celebration of life service will follow at 10:30AM. Inurnment will follow at Olathe Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to Habitat for Humanity.
