Matthew Paul Owens, 50, of Olathe, passed away on August 10, 2020 at his home.
He was born on May 22, 1970 to Homer and Susan (Hutton) Owens in Olathe, KS.
Matthew worked as an Auto-Body Technician for Dales Body Shop from 1988 - 2005.
He enjoyed riding his harley, spending time with his kids and grandson, working on cars and body work, and helping his dad feed the chickens and anything else he needed.
Matthew is survived by his loving Father, Homer (Pam) Owens; Daughter, Amber Owens; Sons, Dakota and Dallas (Sarah) Owens; Sister, Hollie (Brian) Plowman; Brother, Jeffrey (Kerry) Owens; and Grandson, Ryker Owens.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Susan L. Owens, maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 5PM at Homer and Pam's residence, 13080 Lakeshore Drive, Olathe, KS.
Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Bikers for Babies.
