Mary Louisepaulsen Timmons

Mary Louise (Paulsen) Timmons, 81, life long resident of Olathe, Kansas, passed away Thursday, February 02, 2012 at her home. The family suggests contributions to the church and/or the American Cancer Society.
Mary was born Jan. 2, 1931, the first girl born in Johnson County that year, to Henry and Frances Paulsen. She graduated from Olathe High School in 1948. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 35 years, retiring from AT&T in 1983. She was married to Don Timmons for 59 years.
She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church of Olathe and its Altar Society, the Southwestern Bell "Pioneers", and a life time member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Steve and Barney Paulsen, and a nephew Tim Paulsen.
She is survived by her husband; Don, children; Rick (Heidi Smith) Timmons, and Phil (Connie) Timmons, brother; Bob Paulsen, two sisters; Joanie Krumm and Rita (Joe) Collard, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
